Obituary

Ratha Bol, 37 of Providence, RI, passed away on the morning of Sunday March 6th, 2022. He was with his wife and child at the time of passing.

The death of a loved one is always hard, it happens when we least expect it, and it hits so hard like a ton of bricks leaving a hole in our hearts. Ratha was such a selfless, kind, and giving spirit, he would put his family and friends first above himself and he was always there for everyone when they needed help the most. He would give the shirt off his back if you were in need because he was that the kind of man he was.

Ratha made us laugh and made jokes at all the family functions and gatherings. Many of us will remember him for his down to earth personality and his ever so giving heart. He’s touched the lives of many and was such a great role model to his kids and other children who weren’t his own. His goal was to acquire a home and to continue to raise his family; and it crushes us that his life has been cut short. It’s not going to be easy going through this but mourning and grieving are part of life too.

We will miss him dearly, all we will have now are memories, pictures, videos on social media, and those memories in our minds and hearts. It’s with great sadness we must say goodbye.

All are invited to a period of visitation and prayers at the Morse-Bayliss Funeral Home, 122 Princeton Blvd., Lowell, on Friday beginning at 2 p.m., followed by procession to Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram, 85 Tyngsboro Road, North Chelmsford. Procession from Temple to Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell, on Saturday at 8 a.m. Funeral Director, Frederick W. Healy.
