Pierre Nguidjoi, 77, of North Andover, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Lawrence General Hospital.
He was married to Martha (Bernard) Nguidjoi with whom he had celebrated their thirty fifth wedding anniversary this past April. Born in Yaoundé, Cameroon, he was the son of the late Sara Nguidjoi.
Pierre graduated with a College Certificate while living in Cameroon. Pierre was an entrepreneur who owned his own club and car dealership in Cameroon. He moved to New York City in 1980 and later moved to Lowell in 1989.
Pierre enjoyed all things soccer. He enjoyed playing and coaching alike and was a fan of the Cameroon National Soccer team. Pierre loved music and dancing and was a man of few words but loved to joke and laugh with his family.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his three sons; David Nguidjoi of North Andover, MA, William and Danielle Nguidjoi of Kingston, NH, Anthony Nguidjoi of Tyngsboro, MA, his daughter Ngo Mbila Marie Madeleine of Lowell, MA, his sister Marie Rose Courtois of Angoulême, France, niece Laurier Courtois of Cambridge, MA, and his eleven grandchildren.
