Obituary

Faith Louise (Muscovitz) Guest, formerly Wolff, 89, of Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at her home on 10/29/2025.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend, much loved by her entire family and many friends.

Faith was born on October 17, 1936, in Lowell, MA, to Louis and Bessie Muscovitz. She attended the Lowell Public School System and worked for many years at 3M Corporation in Chelmsford, MA, before retiring. Earlier in her career, she also worked at Parkwood Laminates (formerly Reiss Associates) on Industrial Ave. in Lowell.

Faith had a passion for spending time with her family. She loved going to the movies and watching musicals on TV. One of her favorite things to do was attend Broadway plays in New York City with her daughter Cynthia. Her hobbies also included Bingo, puzzles, and playing mahjong, all of which brought her great joy. Faith had a wonderful sense of humor and cherished the Sunday night and holiday dinners she shared with family. She also enjoyed summer day trips to the lake and ocean with her loved ones. Above all, she adored visits from her multiple generations of grandchildren. Faith had a deep love for all animals and often took in strays as her pets.

Faith was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Bessie Muscovitz of Lowell; her first husband, Howard Ronald Wolff; her second husband, Lester Alan Guest; her sister, Ruthie St. Onge (Muscovitz); and two of her brothers, David and Harvey Muscovitz.

She is survived by two brothers, Sherman Muscovitz and his wife Elaine, and Arnold Muscovitz and his wife Alice; four children, Cynthia Wolff, Alan Wolff and his wife Vicki, Errol Wolff and his wife Kimberley, and Gregg Wolff and longtime girlfriend Joyce Murphy; five grandchildren, Lisa Wolff, Cassie Wolff, Meghan Minor (Wolff), Richard Wolff, and Ryan Wolff; seven great-grandchildren, Jolie, Sophia, Maycee, Curtis Jr., James, Thomas, and Avery; and two great-great-grandchildren, Bentley and Autumn. Faith is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Mary Clinksdale and Edith Russell, as well as her beloved pet, Puppy, who provided her with comfort until the end.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the many loving caregivers, especially her daughter-in-law Kimberley, who stayed home to care for her. We deeply appreciate all those who took such wonderful care of Faith during her later years, always providing her with dignity and respect.

A graveside service will be held at the Israel Brotherhood Cemetery (aka Montefiore Cemetery) at 48

Pulpit Rock Rd. Pelham, NH, 03076. Officiated by Rabbi Howard Mandel. On Monday November 3rd at 1:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Lowell Humane Society or the Alzheimer’s Association.
