When out for dinner one night, Bob saw Snowballs on the desert menu. He went on to tell me about Christmas at Harold and Eileen’s and Eileen coming to the kitchen where the kids were and bringing out their desert – Snowballs a coconut, chocolate, ice cream treats from the freezer. When we told her we found her desert in a restaurant we all had a good laugh. Aunt Eileen had a wonderful laugh and will be missed.
