Chamroeun Chuop, 41, beloved son and brother, passed away unexpectantly at his home Thursday, June 29, 2023.
Born in Chicago, IL he was the son of the late Chhouk Chuop and Ann Houv Chuop, of Lowell.
He spent a majority of his childhood growing up in Falls Church and Annandale, VA before moving to Lowell in 2004.
He made many friendships along the way. In earlier years, Chamroeun was an aspiring writer and music producer who developed a passion and appreciation for rap and hip-hop music. In more recent years, Chamroeun was a quiet soul who found comfort in spending time with family, home cooked meals and attending church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers Cody Chuop of Lowell, MA; Samnang Chuop of Ohio, and Michael Chuop of Virginia; his sisters Diana Chuop of Dracut, MA and Chhunnoeurn Chan of Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. Being the youngest son and sibling in his family, Chamroeun was a devoted and proud, “cool” uncle to all of his nieces and nephews who he adored. He will be missed by many.

Funeral Monday, July 10, 2023 at 10AM at Lowell First Church of the Nazarene, 1195 Varnum Ave, Lowell. Burial on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 in Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell.
