Obituary

Beverly Ann Martel, 84, passed away with her family by her side on April 29, 2023. Friends call her Bev, her grandkids call her Grammy, her great grandkids call her Nanni, and her husband called her his Greekypoo.

Born on September 14, 1938, Beverly was the daughter of Emile Lebrun and Georgia Lebrun (Tsatsious). She was adored by so many people in her life because she was kind and caring yet tough and hilarious.

She loved spending time with her family more than anything. She loved animals (especially her pets Zoey, Fluffy, and Nino), bingo, penny slots, oldies music, and was always singing, dancing, and joking. She had a huge appetite and a big personality for such a little, 4’11 lady. Her family finds peace knowing she is with her late husband, our Pepe, Robert Charles Martel who passed in 2019. They spent 45 years together and she talked about how much she missed him and how much she loved him daily.

Beverly leaves behind her daughter, Margo Martel, and husband, Joseph Tarmey Sr; Her grandchildren, Kayleigh Wright and Garret Wright, Lauren Tarmey and her partner Jarred Blood, Joseph Tarmey Jr. and his partner Kayla Autino, Robert Tarmey and his wife Natalie Bergeron-Tarmey, Chance Tarmey and her partner Michael Plummer, and Sarah and Ray Chun; She was a loving great grandmother to Evan, Averie, Weston, Ellie, Zayn, and Maddox. She will be missed by her kinfolk, Denise Bourget and Kim Alexander, her godson TJ Blydenburg and his wife Terri; So many family members on the Tsatsious side too numerous to mention, many in-laws, nieces, and nephews, her favorites being Krystal, Andrew, Drew, and Donovan Witter; Beverly really came to love her care team like family, who cannot be thanked enough for helping her remain independent in her home and for putting up with all of her charm and sass- Migdaliz, Suzy, Ashley, and Kathleen.

Please join us for a memorial service to celebrate the life of Beverly. We will gather together on Monday, May 8th, from 4-7pm, at Morse-Bayliss Funeral Home, 122 Princeton Boulevard, in Lowell, Massachusetts. Bring your fondest memories of Beverly to share with family and friends
