Joyce A. (Doubleday) Normand lifetime resident of Lowell, 83 died Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at her home.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years Roger Normand, her children Lisa Adrian, Robin (Michael) Romeo, Leanne (Joseph) Gouveia and Christopher (Jodie) Dong, Her step-son Richard (Jennifer) Normand, 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Her sister Susan Flynn and many nieces and nephews.
Pre deceased step-son Jason Normand, brother Kenneth Doubleday and her parents Adele and William Doubleday.
She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Casimir Church.
