Miriam Elaine Manning, 88, of Dracut, MA passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at her home peacefully.
Elaine was married to the late Donald C. Manning who died August 2006.
Born in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of the late Miriam Nelson
She graduated from Lowell High School, Lowell, MA, with the class of 1954; where she was a baton twirler.
Elaine retired from Raytheon of S. Lowell and Andover after 40 years of service as an Incoming Inspecting Supervisor.
She enjoyed braiding rugs, golfing and skiing, and spending time at her camp in Bradford, NH. Elaine loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchild.
She is survived by her son, Donald and his wife, Sandra Manning of Hudson, NH, two daughters, Susan and her husband, Paul Lacombe of Candia, NH and Dr. Debra Sioufi and her husband, Michael Sioufi of Plainfield, VT, 3 grandchildren, Larissa and her husband, Travis Terrill, Kyle and his wife, Katrina Manning and Evan and his wife, Shannon Manning, and a great-grandchild, Lyla Terrill.
FUNERAL NOTICE
Elaine’s visitation will be Thurs., July 24, 2025 from 3 to 4pm followed by a Funeral Service at 4pm at the MORSE-BAYLISS FUNERAL HOME, 122 PRINCETON BLVD., LOWELL, MA. A private burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Dracut. Memorials may be made in her name to the Tufts Medical Hospice Care, 360 Merrimack Ave., Lawrence, MA 01843.
